Maybe you muster up the courage to walk into a weight room and see a Tetris of cables, squares, and circles waiting to hurt you; you think to yourself, I wonder if something is on TV instead. Maybe you see a bunch of guys in cut apart shirts making sure you know exactly where and how big their obliques and biceps are, and you know how many reps they do by the number of grunts you hear. Maybe you have no idea what an oblique or rep is. Maybe you know weight rooms but want to turn your same old routine into a variety of new exercises. Whatever your case, welcome to Fit Club, where we laugh and have fun learning about and doing different exercises: Free Weights, Cable Weights, Pilates, Yoga, Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Isometric, Concentric and Eccentric training, aerobics, Intervals and Circuits, etc. We sweat ourselves into good friendships, and we get stronger, healthier, happier, and more confident in our abilities with each workout.
