Indoor Cycling with Matt
Come and be challenged in this great cardio workout! The workouts and the music are varied to keep things exciting, but will always get your heart rate up and sometimes leave your legs wobbly. I give out personalized encouragement so that everyone in class is challenged at the right level for them. I'm always happy to give feedback and help with bike fit, riding form and intensity levels. I want the class to be comfortable enough that you come back, but challenging enough that you feel it. Every skill level, age, and ability is invited.
