In this class we explore a variety of styles of Yoga, focusing on breath, alignment, and awareness.  By combining mindful awareness techniques with traditional yoga postures, you will learn to develop your own practice.  Your physical strength and flexibility will increase as your peace of mind grows and deepens.  You will leave class energized and rejuvenated, carrying the benefits of yoga off your mat and into the world.
