Wellness to me is a combination of staying active and eating a well-balanced diet. These two things go hand in hand. There are so many ways to stay active in Cache Valley! Anywhere from taking a hike up Logan canyon to just walking around USU’s campus. I have always been a healthy person but since I have graduated college and started working it has been hard for me to stay active and eat the way I should. I made a goal in March to be active at least 4 times a week and to have two cheat meals a week. I have been reaching my weight loss goals as I continue to be active and eat a well-balanced diet. It has been a great lifestyle change for me!
