Lois Olsen, Mat Pilates
As an avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast Lois discovered the benefits of Pilates in 2002 and saw increases in her training performance with less injury. Her passion for mindful movement led her to pursue instructor training with Stott Pilates as well as having training in Reformer and Chair, and Total Barre. Lois enjoys helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and build the strength needed for endless outdoor adventures that Utah offers year round.
