Tabata is a form if high intensity interval training designed to push you to your limit! It consists of 20 seconds of hard exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 4 minutes per move. Dont let that intimidate you though! We will switch up the exercises and put them to great music and you'll be having so much fun you wont even notice how hard youre working. Using free weights and your own bodyweight, Tabata will engage all of your energy systems, helping you burn more calories during and after your workout.
